Purpose
Are you passionate about data and its power to drive meaningful change? Join our CYPS Digital & Data Services team and play a key role in supporting children and young people through intelligent, data-driven decision-making.
As a Digital & Data Services Co-ordinator, you’ll work independently and collaboratively to ensure our contractual commitments are met. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, coordinating tasks, maintaining data systems, and delivering insights that shape services and improve outcomes.
You will be:
- Coordinating and distributing work across the team to meet business intelligence deadlines.
- Developing and maintaining databases and reporting tools.
- Building strong external relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Ensuring data quality and integrity through robust assurance processes.
- Delivering training and supporting colleagues in data systems and analysis.
- Using data to understand past trends, forecast future outcomes, and solve problems.
We're looking for:
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A focused team player who thrives in a remote-working environment.
- Someone with a keen interest in data and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines, including occasional flexible hours (evenings/weekends).
