Exciting opportunity: We're recruiting a Registered Manager to shape and lead our established 3-bed children's home in Calverton.
Contract: Full time, Fixed-Term-Contract
Location: Calverton, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £49,159.00 - £52,251.00 per annum + £10,000 Bonus
We’re recruiting a Registered Manager to lead our established 3-bed trauma-informed children’s home in Calverton, Nottinghamshire - a setting designed to support three children with complex needs through emotionally intelligent, reflective care. This role demands more than experience; it requires emotional stability, professional boundaries, and a deep commitment to therapeutic leadership. You’ll be guiding a team and maintaining a culture where empathy, accountability, and presence are non-negotiable. If you find yourself overwhelmed, reactive, or unable to separate personal from professional, this may not be the right fit. But if you’re ready to lead with integrity, challenge poor practice, and make a lasting difference in children’s lives, we want to hear from you. Experience in CAMHS or mental health nursing is welcomed but not essential - what matters most is your ability to model and embed trauma-informed care in every aspect of the home.
