Purpose
Ready to take the lead on shaping a modern, efficient finance system? We’re looking for a skilled Unit4 ERP Finance Developer to join our team and drive improvements that make a real impact across the organisation.
In this role, you’ll design and deliver enhancements, integrations, and automations that keep our finance processes running smoothly and aligned with best practice. You’ll work closely with finance leaders and system specialists, managing the full development lifecycle and ensuring strong financial controls throughout.
You’ll get hands‑on with API integrations, workflow optimisation, reporting improvements, and data integrity, while supporting users and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. If you enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating with stakeholders, and making systems work smarter, this is a great opportunity to shine.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and enhance Unit4 ERP Finance modules
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs and other connections
- Improve reporting, workflows, and data quality
- Manage development from design to deployment
- Support users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong financial controls
- Work with cross‑functional teams and external partners on system improvements
What You’ll Bring
- Hands‑on experience with Unit4 ERP development
- Strong understanding of finance processes and ERP configuration
- SQL or coding knowledge to support system development
- Experience with integrations, data handling, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for continuous improvement
