As a member of the Digital and Data Team, you will support the achievement of the team's objectives. This role requires a focused team player who has a keen interest in data. You will work on analysing what has happened in the past, forecasting what will happen in the future, problem-solving issues, and identifying solutions.
We are looking for a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills who is comfortable working flexibly, independently, and collaboratively as part of a remote home-working team.
Primarily, you will be working with Excel spreadsheets and a local client record database; using formulas and functions in Excel will be a daily part of the role; any experience of working with Excel, be it in employment, education or a private setting, will be advantageous. Alongside this you will be making contact with young people to confirm their current activity and signpost to relevant support services.
Recognising the importance of maintaining information quality and integrity, and having a strong eye for detail, is vital, along with understanding the need for great customer service
We are looking for someone who is results-driven, highly organized, and able to thrive under pressure—meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities, including occasional evening or weekend work. You will have a proactive mindset and a positive approach to continuous improvement, focusing on both personal development and enhancing the services we deliver to our customers
Please note: The successful applicant will be required to undergo and pass enhanced vetting checks prior to appointment
