Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (9am–5:30pm, with flexibility)

Homes2Inspire, part of the Shaw Trust Group, is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join our team at Trevone House—Gloucestershire County Council’s flagship semi-independent accommodation for care leavers aged 16–25.
About the Role
As Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of Trevone House. You’ll manage reception operations, support the Service Director and senior leadership team, and help create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for young people. You’ll also oversee administrative systems, coordinate meetings and events, and maintain key relationships with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception diary and ensure efficient visitor coordination.
- Oversee staff rosters and support recruitment and training processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to staff, young people, and visitors.
- Monitor CCTV and ensure security systems are fit for purpose.
- Liaise with maintenance staff and ensure readiness of flats for transitions.
- Produce accurate reports and manage petty cash systems.
- Minute meetings, coordinate diaries, and organise travel arrangements.
- Uphold GDPR, safeguarding, and health & safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Supervisory experience (team leadership desirable).
- Strong administrative background, ideally in a multi-agency setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Organised, resilient, and solution-focused.
- Passionate about supporting young people and committed to safeguarding.
Qualifications & Requirements
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Enhanced DBS and Right to Work checks will be required.
