Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Service Delivery to lead our new West London Alliance (WLA) Strategic Partnership. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing the management of key services, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards. The successful candidate will be required to build strong working relationships with commissioners, health service providers and a range of other stakeholders.
The Head of Service Delivery - WLA will provide leadership to our new WLA Strategic Partnership, overseeing supported employment programme including Connect to Work and Work Well. Connect to Work is a new national programmed commissioned on a local level. Connect to Work will deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) models and the role will need to ensure fidelity to their individual evidence-based approaches.
