Purpose
We are seeking a proactive Community Integration Officer to join our team. You will engage with local Community Groups, Local Authorities, Job Centres, and the NHS to source and increase the number of eligible participants for various West London contracts under our Strategic Partnership with the West London Alliance (WLA).
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with stakeholders and the community to promote our contracts and increase participant referrals.

Build strong partnerships with Job Centre Plus (JCP), local Community Groups, and NHS locations.

Present information about our services at meetings and events, both in-person and virtually.

Support seamless referral processes and reengage disengaged participants.

Maintain accurate participant records and report on referral successes.

Collaborate with operational teams to ensure service quality and participant engagement.

Stay informed about local labour market trends and opportunities.
As a Community Integration Officer, you will actively engage with all aspects of the provision, ensuring a thorough understanding of our contracts to confidently promote them to stakeholders. This engagement will include face-to-face interactions and digital channels, primarily based within the local community. Your role involves increasing the number of participants referred to and attending their first meeting on the appropriate service.
You will engage with stakeholders to ensure they are confident in promoting the Shaw Trust Strategic Partnership with the WLA. This includes interacting with participants during their appointments with Job Centres, local community groups, and the NHS to ensure a seamless referral process. You will work closely with the operational team to support the reengagement of disengaged participants. The ability to drive or access strong travel networks is essential for this role.
This role is targeted, with monthly and quarterly rolling targets aligned to the referrals and start profiles set with the Strategic Partnership. You will also have a robust and supportive appraisal process to enable your success.
