Purpose

Are you passionate about creating positive change and supporting communities? Join our administrative team and work alongside our dedicated operational teams to drive the success of the WLA programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for participant inquiries.

  • Process all referrals and provide crucial administrative support to the service.

  • Organise and host visits and events for key stakeholders.

  • Participate in weekly team meetings to share ideas and best practices.

  • Collect, collate, and disseminate management information for the WLA programme.

  • Produce high-level analyses and reports for both internal and external use.

  • Develop and implement quality processes in collaboration with the service manager.

  • Monitor and audit data capture systems to ensure accurate performance reporting.

  • Conduct monthly quality checks and review IPS Fidelity Reports.

  • Maintain instructions, guidelines, and procedures for staff.

  • Train new staff on the CRM system and support all delivery teams to maximise performance.

  • Collate and process monthly claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Foster a customer-focused culture and report on customer feedback.

  • Attend team meetings in West London as required.

Location:

You will be home based but must be willing to travel to London for team meetings
