Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contracts Compliance and Quality Manager who will work across all Shaw Trust/Ixion learning and skills contracts ensuring the highest standards of contract quality and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a pivotal team shaping and developing Shaw Trusts Quality Assurance Framework, contract compliance assurance standards and work closely with operational managers to ensure that continuous improvement is embedded and effectively actioned and managed across all contracts.

The successful candidate will implement and deliver auditing processes with clear and effective feedback that drives continuous improvement of quality and compliance standards. The role requires an effective leader with strong interpersonal and influencing skills, reporting skills including attention to detail, organisation and planning skills and strong communication adaptable across all levels and stakeholders.

Essential:

You will have:

  • Education to degree level and/or significant experience within a relevant field
  • Proven experience in a quality assurance or compliance role within education or the Learning and Skills Sector 
  • Demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development 
  • Appropriate understanding of regulatory frameworks, Assurance Frameworks, OFSTED and DfE funding

You will be homebased with nationwide travel required
