Purpose
The successful candidate will work with people with a physical and/or mental health condition which impacts their ability to gain or sustain work. You will manage a caseload of between 25 to 30 individuals to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred advice and guidance to individuals, whilst building positive relationships with local employers and stakeholders to enable individuals to move into suitable employment. Embedded within Primary Care, GP practices, Community Health Teams, Job Centres and the wider community, you will support participants on their recovery journey towards better health and wellbeing.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an assessment centre on 10th February. The assessment centre will take up to 3 hours and include a group setting.
Essential:
You will have:
- Demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development
- Proven experience of meeting and exceeding outcomes and targets
- Proven experience of supporting people to obtain or keep work
- Ability to plan and organise workload to meet required targets and deadlines

Location:
You will be based in either Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster or Barnsley and will be required to travel to different locations to meet your clients.
