Purpose 

To provide job coaching support to interns on a supported internship programme.

The role is for 18.75 hours per week and will involve working Monday to Friday.

Essential: 

You will have: 

  • NVQ Level 6 or equivalent qualification in Careers Education and Guidance, Youth and Community work or Social Care (or working towards), ILM L5 coaching award 
  • Strong communicator verbally, in writing and using various IT tools with a diverse group including Senior Managers, other professionals, young people and parents.
  • Proven record of success in engaging SEN participants on Programme. 
  • Solutions focused with ability to work under pressure

Location: 

This post is based within East Riding and the successful applicant must be able to travel across the district.
