Purpose
As a Delivery Manager you will lead and manage a delivery site in Birmingham, ensuring contractual and quality outcomes are achieved on time and to budget. You will provide leadership to our delivery team and line manage the Team Leaders, empowering and coaching them to deliver great operational performance. Our service provides support to people who are currently unemployed to help them to find the right role, supporting with developing and enhancing skills and signposting to additional appropriate support.
You will be an effective leader, able to engage, motivate and inspire a team to deliver great performance. You will have experience in managing, coaching and supporting teams and individuals to meet objectives and will be experienced in building effective stakeholder relationships.

Essential:
You will have:
- Education to degree level and/or significant experience within a relevant field
- Demonstrable experience of contract and/or customer service sales management internally or through a supply chain
- Relevant experience of working at a management level in large third sector or commercial organisation
- Track record of successfully delivering frontline services for multiple sites, against challenging contractual targets
