We are excited to announce a key opportunity for a Director of Business Development, who will shape and lead our business development strategy, with a primary focus on public sector tendering. Additionally, the role will develop our business-to-business (B2B) sales to delivery further growth.

As the leader of our Bid Management Team, the Director will ensure the development and submission of high-quality bids, tenders, and proposals that align with our ambitious growth targets. In addition, this role will oversee the National Accounts Team and play a pivotal role in developing B2B sales.

You will have proven experience in national and local government business development, tendering and bidding, including identifying opportunities and navigating public sector procurement processes to secure contracts.

This is a home-based role that will require regular travel.
