Description

At Shaw Trust we help give people with a criminal record the opportunity for a second chance providing services to support them in custody and in the community. We provide people with the skills, knowledge, and a sense of purpose, for life after custody, significantly reducing the likelihood of reoffending. We support at each stage of the journey providing people with safe and supportive spaces to engage in positive activities and move toward integrating back into society.

We will be delivering the HMPPS Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) programme in the East of England and Southeast of England.

We are recruiting for people to join our teams in the role of CFO Hub Manager. In this role you are responsible for the day to day performance and delivery of the team, including Support Workers, and Supply Chain Partners, supporting staff development and a culture of continuous improvement.  You will oversee the referral process, build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, and lead the team to deliver effective performance to meet contractual and compliance obligations.

You will undergo enhanced vetting checks.

In this role you will work at our hub in Luton and in the community.

We are looking for people who have:         

  • Experience in leading and coaching a team
  • Experience of using and analysing data to influence decision making
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable experience of effective performance management, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to team members.
  • Ability to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service Check at an Enhanced level.
