We are looking for individuals who have a level 4 (or above) Careers Information, Advice and Guidance qualification who want to support people who need guidance on the first or next steps in their career.
You will be providing career information and advice and guidance to people (age 19 and above) accessing our service, triaging and assessing the needs of the individual, and making referrals where more in depth support is required.
You will be working from home, providing support over the phone, and online via our website, email and webchat.
You will work 5 days a week, with a 7.5 hour working day. Our National Career Service colleague’s work on a rota across operational hours, 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm Saturday, and 8am to 5pm on Bank holidays.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Salary
- London based Careers Adviser (Level 4 CIAG qualified) - Starting at £31,875 per annum
- London based Careers Adviser (Level 6 CIAG qualified) - Starting at £34,328 per annum
- Non-London based Careers Adviser (Level 4 CIAG qualified) - Starting at £28,978 per annum
- Non-London based Careers Adviser (Level 6 CIAG qualified) - Starting at £31,207 per annum
