Purpose

Are you a motivated and compassionate individual looking to make a meaningful impact in people's lives? We have an exciting opportunity for a Universal Support Adviser to join our team and help support individuals facing multiple barriers in their journey towards sustainable employment. As a key member of our fast-paced and target-driven environment, you'll have the chance to engage with participants, collaborate on vocational profiles and action plans, and build strong relationships with employers for job matching and reasonable adjustments. Your dedication will be vital in providing in-work support until our participants achieve successful job outcomes. Essential:

You will have:

  • 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong track record of successfully working to targets and KPIs
  • Experience in successfully managing and progressing clients or customers meet agreed goals and ambitions
  • Demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service skills

Location:

We are currently recruiting a number of roles in East Kent, covering Canterbury, Ashford, Folkestone and Thanet.
