We're hiring now for Senior Youth Support Worker's across Bedfordshire and would love to chat with any experience or inexperienced candidates looking to work with an industry leader!
(Some of our homes in the Bedfordshire area are Trauma-Informed, which would be more suited to someone with experience in the Care, Residential Care or Mental Health industries.)

Working in partnership with the local authorities, Homes2Inspire will provide child-centred care to the Young People who need specific support and safeguarding.
As a Senior Youth Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the lives of young people who require social, emotional, and mental health support. Well need you to have:
- Minimum 1 years' experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
- QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent (In line with Ofsted requirements)
- Resilience to be able to deal with challenging situations.
- Positive role model – honesty and empathy are a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to meet operational needs of the home.
- A full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
