No two days will be the same in Residential Childcare and working as a Night Youth Support Worker, you will support Young People with complex needs, which at times can be challenging and unpredictable, alongside various other duties in the home.

You’ll need to be confident, resilient and understanding when responding to and safeguarding the Young People in our care.

Ofsted regulations outline that you must be 3 years older than the youngest person within the home – E.g. if the Young Person was turning 18, you will need to be 21 minimum.
