Purpose

We are currently recruiting for an Apprenticeship Delivery Manager leading and managing a small team of Teaching Assessors for IT, Digital and Professional Services. This is a home-based role, with some travel required to attend in person team meetings and for on-site employer visits.

You will be commercially astute, self-motivated and a great motivator to lead the team to meet their goals and objectives, ensuring effective planning deployment of resources. You will be responsible for the achievement of financial and quality key performance indicators (KPIs), in line with funding rules and external and internal requirements. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to help deliver a quality provision to learners and to support their progression toward their qualification.  

you’ll be passionate about doing things right to give the best service we can. You will have good people management, communication, and customer service skills. You will be comfortable producing and analysing data and using data to determine actions.  You’ll be action focused and work collaboratively with others.

Essential:

You will have:

  • NVQ Management Level 5 qualification or equivalent 
  • At least a L4 Teaching qualification or equivalent 
  • Demonstrate up to date knowledge of Apprenticeship reforms including the Apprenticeship Levy, Apprenticeship Standards and End Point Assessment
