Team Manager - NEET
£42,806 - £47,982 Dependant On Experience
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated manager to join a dynamic team with a key focus on the wider NEET agenda, developing partnerships and expanding our NEET offer to drive performance with a specific focus on Care Leavers across Gloucestershire.
Essential:
You will have:
- Educated to degree level and/or significant experience within a relevant field
- Management qualification (or working towards) or at least 2 years’ experience within a management role
- Full membership of relevant professional body or willingness to work towards
- Management experience in delivering services that have led to positive outcomes for young people
- Leading and developing services to improve delivery
