National Careers Service Customer Service Assistant (Telephone Contact Centre – London)
£21,157

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to operate the telephone contact centre service for the National Careers Service based in London, on a rota basis including answering and undertaking telephone calls withcustomers. 

Essential:

You will have:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, particularly over the telephone and by
    email 
  • Hold an NVQ3 in IAG or other appropriate qualification
  • Have Telephone Contact Centre experience
  • Ability to manage difficult customer complaints, and with strategies to resolve
    these diplomatically
  • Excellent IT skills particularly use of databases
