The role

The primary focus of the role is to ensure the continuous improvement of Restart and IPES contracts delivery including the achievement of outcomes and correct use of processes and systems in order to ensure full quality compliance with contractual obligations.

The secondary focus of the role is the optimisation of the beneficiary experience and service delivery within designated contracts and their supply chains to ensure a high quality experience at all times.

Our Restart programme helps those in a position of unemployment to find work. We provide a range of support to including but not limited to interview prep, skills training, CV writing, financial support and guidance, wellbeing support etc to break down barriers to employment. 

Our IPES programme supports people with disabilities and complex barriers into work. IPES offers a holistic approach focusing on more than just getting a job. It looks at areas affecting clients including their ability to work, their family, financial or personal circumstances.
