Counselling Referral Coordinator (WHP JETS)

 

We are looking for Counselling Referral Coordinators to join are team providing counselling services to participants accessing Shaw Trust’s services on our JETS programme.

Location: This is a home-based role working remotely.

Salary: £20,473.00 to £25,561.00

 

About the Service

We provide solution focused therapeutic and mental wellbeing assessment sessions to participants who access support via our employability programmes.

 

The Role

As the Counselling Referral Coordinator, you will support with the referral of participants to our counselling service. You will carry out administrative duties to support the smooth running of the service, including assisting with the referral process, directing participants to the right care pathway, and ensuring follow up activities are completed on time.

 

Essential Requirements

  • NVQ/SVQ level 2 or above or equivalent experience
  • Ability to negotiate, influence and persuade at all levels
  • Excellent IT skills with ability to use Microsoft Office and databases
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Call handling experience
  • Enthusiasm, passion and dedication for wellbeing
  • Resilient and reliable

 

Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
