HR Services Administrator

 About the Role

Shaw Trust HR is managed by a HR Shared Services team and as the HR Services Administrator you will be working collaboratively with the HR Services Advisers and HR Business Partners in all aspects of the employee life cycle to meet the needs of employees and maintain an excellent level of service.

 

Whilst HR experience can be beneficial, we need an experienced administrator with the skills to prioritise and organise their own workload whilst working as an integral part of the wider team in a fast-paced, busy department. You will also collaborate with other teams such as Payroll and IT to ensure employees have all they need to perform their roles.

 

Key Skills required for the role are:

 

  • High level of organisation.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience of working in a busy, fast paced department.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
