About Operational Support Services

Working within the Operational Support Service in collaboration with operational colleagues we are looking for an exceptional individual with the knowledge and skills to embed EMIE across all provision.

Role Purpose

As Lead EMIE Officer you will develop a robust fast-track system for Functional Skills across Shaw Trust. You will also provide guidance and direction for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) provision in the curriculum to ensure learner achievement and progression through effective inclusion of all learners.

A dynamic individual, you will create opportunities to work closely with employers to develop sector specific opportunities for the people we support and work closely with the Curriculum Manager to deliver on the Curriculum intent and digital strategy. 

To act as a champion of continuous improvement culture across Shaw Trust to support operational teams to meet and exceed expectations in line with the Shaw Trust Strategic Directive 2030.

You will need to be inclusive and embrace our culture and values, putting those we support at the heart of everything we do. You will consistently deliver high quality services to support our communities and beneficiaries.
