Due to continued growth at Homes2Inspire we are expanding our HR team and are looking for a HR Advisor to join our small and supportive team. You will play a key role in the HR team, responsible for supporting Home Managers and working in a proactive manner to provide first line HR advice.
Key Responsibilities
As the HR Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Providing first line HR advisory support offering HR generalist support and guidance working in partnership with your HR Business Partner where appropriate
- Proactively building relationships and engaging with key stakeholders within designated business area to help foster a culture of a strong partnership working with the business.
- Providing generalist HR support in key areas including, Recruitment, Employee Relations case work, providing guidance and advice to line managers, HR policies and procedures, HR reporting, ad hoc project work and other generalist HR duties.
- Liaising with and supporting Managers to ensure pre- employment checks are being completed to a good standard and that file audits are completed as required.
- Supporting the Recruitment Coordinator on recruitment activity and providing first line advisory and support service to hiring managers
- Maintaining an up-to-date working knowledge of current Children’s Home legislation, Ofsted guidance and quality standards and update any policies and procedures in accordance with any changes.
- Keeping up to date on Employment Law legislative changes.

- Be self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
- Be an effective team player, proactive in supporting others where needed
- Be able to work on your own initiative and contribute ideas to better working practices
- Hold a full UK driving licence and be flexible to travel to sites as required.
