Due to continued growth at Homes2Inspire we are expanding our HR team and are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our small and supportive team. As the Recruitment Coordinator you will provide essential support to the business, responsible for creating innovative ways of attracting the right candidates to our roles in Residential Childcare.

Key Responsibilities

As the Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • coordinating all aspects of the recruitment activity, including.
  • ensuring accurate and timely logging of vacancy requests
  • posting vacancies on our recruitment platform
  • sifting and shortlisting applications, scheduling interviews and assisting with preparing interview packs
  • supporting at interviews and assessment centres
  • attending job fairs
  • assisting with offers and supporting with the onboarding process
  • Creating and maintaining a bank of quality interview questions and literature to support effective recruitment.
  • Maintaining contact with Line Managers to update them on progress on their vacancies and make them aware of our requirements to successfully progress their request to recruit.
  • Supporting managers with the completion of pre-employment checks including audit of employee files to ensure adherence and compliance to our employee verification checks.
  • Assisting with interviews and assessment centres and administration on competency tests/exercises as required.
  • Supporting the HR Business Partner in recruitment for new homes and mobilisations of projects.
  • Collaborating with the Shaw Trust Resourcing team to share best practice and soundboard ideas.

  • demonstrate experience within a similar role previously
  • Be self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
  • Be an effective team player, proactive in supporting others where needed
  • Be able to work on your own initiative and contribute ideas to better working practices
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and be flexible to travel to sites as required.
