The role

As a Host you will be an integral part of our delivery site in Kings Norton, being the first point of contact via phone or in person for people to our sites. You will take a lead in site administration and coordination activities and will be available to support colleagues and people who are accessing our services. On our sites will be delivering services and support to people who are currently unemployed to help them to enhance and develop their skills and to find employment, through a range of supportive activity.  

You will enjoy working with and helping a wide range of people and will have excellent customer service skills, be a great communicator and have a flexible and resilient approach to problem solving.
