Team Leader Employment Coach

The role

As an Team Leader Employment Coach you will lead, manage and motivate a team of Employment Coaches, helping them to achieve their performance objectives and to ensure that an effective and quality service is delivered to people accessing our services. The Employment Coaches work with a wide range of people who are unemployed, delivering support one to one and in groups, to help people to enhance their existing skills and develop new ones through a range of supportive activity, with the aim of.   You will work collaboratively with the management team to ensure that activities are coordinated, effective and add value.

You will be experienced in coaching and leading others and in working to targets.

We have locations in Birmingham City Centre, Kings Norton and Chelmsley Wood
