Head of Service Delivery

The Role

Restart is an innovative programme, aimed at supporting individuals (participants) who are seeking employment, to help them to find work. As a Head of Service Delivery you will lead the delivery team in Birmingham and Solihull, ensuring that contractual, financial and key performance indicators and milestones are achieved on time and within budget. You will manage the relationship with key internal and external stakeholders.

You will have experience of operating at a senior level, managing target driven services and high performing teams. You will be comfortable overseeing and managing budgets and will have a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high quality outputs.
