The Role

As a Virtual Employment Consultant you will provide virtual support to people who have recently become unemployed or who are at risk of becoming unemployed to support them to either remain in work or find a new job. You will carry out proactive job searches, engaging with local employers and sign posting to other local services to help people access the right support.

You will be solution focused and organised, able to use effective communication skills to engage with a wide variety of people.

Locations

Home based or on site in our locations in Birmingham (City Centre and Chelmsley Wood).
