At Shaw Trust our people, both staff and volunteers, are our greatest strength. Our people deliver our quality programmes, and are the custodians of our culture. To help us to continue to attract and recruit great candidates, we are looking for an experienced Resourcing Specialist to join our Resourcing and Reward team.
