Description

Shaw Trust is going through an exciting period of significant growth, in order to complement this, we are looking for an Senior Account Executive to promote Shaw Trust’s service offer to key Employers throughout the UK, with the aim of building effective relationships to generate opportunities for the participants whom Shaw Trust supports.

This role is required to turn leads generated by the Account Executive team into actionable opportunities or confirmed sales. Enabling the businesses and employers we work with to benefit from the wide range of services the Trust offers.  You will also be managing a small Account Executive team, so ensuring they are effectively managed to ensure targets are met.

We require somebody who is dynamic in what will be a fast paced targetted role, therefore excellent organisation and planning skills are essential.  We need an excellent communicator and someone that can build and maintain strong relationships with key Employers.
