Description

The Role

We are recruiting a new role for Group Head of Quality within the Operational Support Service, reporting into the Continuous Improvement Director.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality programmes and is keen to transfer their knowledge into a new and diverse opportunity.

 

The role will be responsible for the design and implementation of an effective and appropriate Quality Strategy which supports the scope of our Quality Management System ‘To co-create and deliver employability programmes and complimentary services for people with complex needs, challenging life circumstances or other barriers that impact on access to work by organisations and entities within the Shaw Trust Group’.

 

Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and delivering quality assurance through a robust schedule of monitoring and auditing of Shaw Trust programmes this role will lead on the strengthening and development of the Groups standards and enhancement of policies and procedures.  This will involve managing a team of Quality Managers and implementing high-quality coaching and assessment strategies whilst also adhering to quality assurance processes that validate the quality of induction, progress delivery and end point assessment or in work support.
