Description

Quality and Learning Systems Trainer

This is an exciting time to join Shaw Trust, to help us in our mission we are looking to expand our Quality team within Shaw Trust’s Operational Support Service and we are looking for a Quality and Learning Systems Trainer to join us.

Reporting directly to the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager for Education. This role will be responsible for the training and support of all necessary Shaw Trust staff, including peripatetic and office-based support and service delivery teams, on Shaw Trust reporting, quality data systems, learner management systems, learning platforms and e-portfolio systems which all support the improvement of the services provided by Shaw Trust.

The ideal candidate will have an engaging personality, excellent all-round IT skills, and have a good understanding of education, training, and advice and guidance service delivery methods. Candidates should also have demonstrable excellence in the use and training of IT systems in relevant sectors and have a track record of producing easy-to-use guides to support efficiency of use and high-quality record keeping. Location

Home based with National travel, with the potential to do some face-to-face activity post COVID-19.
