With an annual turnover of £250m and 3,500 dedicated staff, we’re now a top 25 national charity and work in partnership with major government departments to help children of all ages, adults and older people to gain new skills, move into work and to live independent and included lives. You will possess outstanding influencing, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders to drive our ongoing growth.
With a passion for helping vulnerable people, you must share our commitment to a charitable heart and a commercial head, be comfortable in being both an internal and external advocate for the Group and possess the ability to persuade commissioners to design more effective services and a willingness to influence society’s views.
