Over the past 18 months we have gone from strength to strength and are looking for a Business Co-ordinator to provide finance and sales organisation. We value talented people with a passion to transform peoples’ lives. In return the role offers the opportunity to work with a client base comprising of FTSE 100 companies, public and third sector organisations.

Shaw Trust Accessibility Services is a social enterprise supporting organisations to become digitally inclusive.

You will be responsible for progressing client sales orders efficiently and within a timely manner. This will involve monitoring financial transactions to ensure orders are translated into income achieved.

A highly motivated self-starter who can establish good working relationships with the technical, sales and finance teams to ensure the smooth running of the service.   Providing a first class customer service, with strong inter-personal skills will ensure customer needs are met.

With a passion and belief in creating a society which is accessible to all, the successful applicant will have some understanding of the challenges individuals with disabilities face.

Ideally you will be someone who has a strong attention to detail, with energy and passion to drive tasks forward from planning to implementation, as this role will directly contribute to the success, efficiency and achievement of the team’s success.

You will be proficient in preparing progress reports, tracking the status of customers’ orders, their financial status and managing delivery schedules. As someone who is solution focussed, you will be able to overcome challenges which may be presented.

The post will suit someone who is logical thinking and who is looking for a career in office management. An excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft suit and particularly Excel together with financial management skills are a pre-requisite of the role.
