Description

Shaw Trust in partnership with the West Midlands Combined Authority and funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) will be delivering the Find Your Future project in Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country. The aim of the project is to equip unemployed and economically inactive adults with the skills and support they need to take full advantage of training, volunteering and employment opportunities created before, during and after the Commonwealth Games (CWG).

Compliance Administrator

As Compliance Administrator you will be responsible for assisting with the administration of the financial claims, compliance and audit activities for the contract, ensuring effective and timely compilation, monitoring and recording of project data and documentation. You’ll work closely with the Claims and Compliance Manager in the collation of quarterly claims, management information and reports. You’ll support with audit preparation and work closely with the wider team to coach and advise on compliance guidelines.   

Essential Criteria

  • At least 5 GCSEs passes including English and Maths (A*-C/Level 4-9 GCSE) or equivalent experience
  • ICT Skills to include Microsoft Word and Intermediate Excel
  • Experience of working in an administrative role
  • Ability to undertake tasks on own initiative, operating administrative procedures and systems effectively
  • High level of attention to detail and organisation
