Description

As the Programme Coordinator (Apprenticeship), you will support with day-to-day coordination of activities across the business streams within the Shaw Trust Foundation, utilising project management methodology and supporting the business to pilot and prototype projects supported by the Foundation. As part of the role, you will undertake a level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship.

The Shaw Trust Foundation helps Shaw Trust to invest back into the people and communities we support, furthering our impact and generating social value with like minded organisations.

As the Programme Coordinator (Apprenticeship), you will schedule, coordinate, and monitor all project activity, provide regular project updates, and maintain regular and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders. You will provide administrative support for Foundation activity and projects, including management of Foundation business processes.

As the Programme Coordinator Apprentice, you will have:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to respond flexibly to changing demands
  • Demonstrated capability for problem solving and decision making
  • Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and experience of working with databases
