The role

Our Inclusive Employment Consultants work with local and national employers to generate job opportunities that our participants can apply for. You’ll be working with big brands in an interesting and rewarding role, using great communication and engagement skills to build and maintain productive relationships with a network of employers.

Our participants may face barriers to employment, therefore it’s important to be an advocate for inclusivity in employment, championing Shaw Trust’s Disability Confident Leader status.

You may have experience in recruitment or sales and be looking to utilise your skill set and experience in a rewarding role in one of the UK’s largest charities.

You will be comfortable working to and exceeding targets, with effective organisation skills to maintain an effective and productive schedule.  You will enjoy meeting people and building relationships with both internal colleagues and participants and with external partners.

Although this role is working remotely from home, you will be part of a supportive team of 8, and the wider Shaw Trust team.

Locations

For this role you can be based anywhere in the Home Counties, but will need to have flexibility to travel within the region if required, however a lot of the activity can be carried out virtually.
