We're hiring now for Youth Support Worker's across Bedfordshire and would love to chat with any experience or inexperienced candidates looking to work with an industry leader!

(Some of our homes in the Bedfordshire area are Trauma-Informed, which would be more suited to someone with experience in the Care, Residential Care or Mental Health industries.)

As a Youth Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the lives of young people who require social, emotional, and mental health support. Your day-to-day tasks could include:

  • Providing day-to-day care and support to young people.
  • Assisting in daily routines to ensure their well-being.
  • Encouraging engagement with educational support and homework.
  • Organising and participating in recreational activities.
  • Creating a safe and welcoming environment.

You’ll need to be confident, resilient and understanding when responding to and safeguarding the Young People in our care.

Ofsted regulations outline that you must be 3 years older than the youngest person within the home – E.g. if the Young Person was turning 18, you will need to be 21 minimum.
